Q1: I want to add my logo or design of my own, is it OK?
A1: Yes, of course, we provide OEM/ODM service. We can put your logo on the shoes, and we also can make the shoes according to your design. If you like, you can tell us your idea, then we make the sample for the testing.
Q2: Is free samples available?
A2: If we have samples at hand, we can make it free for you, and you just pay us shipping cost.
If we don't have it at hand, you should pay us samples charge include shipping cost.
But once you place the order to us, smaples charge can be directly reducted from order
amount.
Q3: What can we do to keep our order safety?
A3: We can use Trade Assurance. Trade Assurance is a free payment protection service for buyers. The service is offered by participating suppliers, and is designed to protect your payment is your order is not shipped on time, or if the pre-shipment product quality (optional) does not match the terms agreed on your contract. Your payment is protected up to 100% of an amount - agreed between you and the supplier - called the Trade Assurance Order Amount.
Q4: How does your factory make sure quality control?
A4: Workers are professional in handing the stamping, printing, stitching ,packing process,all shoes will be inspected by our QC person at assembly line to ensure the quality. And a final inspection will be arranged before shipment.
